It was past 8:30 pm, and I was starving after attending an event, so I decided to visit this super casual place. I must say, it turned out to be a delightful culinary experience. This restaurant captures the vibrant essence of Thai street food with its eclectic menu and the lively atmosphere, with the restaurant’s interior adorned with a yellow big bus, neon-colored wall signs.
What I Ordered:
They offer a decent menu selection, ranging from traditional classics to innovative creations. While there were some fusion-inspired options, as a lover of Thai cuisine, I was thrilled to find familiar favorites like Pad Thai and Som Tam. Additionally, the menu caters to various dietary preferences, with plenty of vegetarian options available.
I recommend to order one stater and one main. And they give you a cookie too:)
Dynamite Chicken
As soon as I dug into it, flavor explosion right in my mouth! The real star of the dish was definitely the dynamite sauce that coated the chicken. It had this harmonious blend of spicy, sweet, and tangy notes that just took it to the next level.
And the salad added this refreshing and crispy touch that perfectly balanced out the chicken. With every bite, I experienced a delightful combination of textures and flavors that made it an absolute pleasure to indulge in.
Thaï Salad Crispy Chicken
That first bite was pure crispy goodness. The chicken had this amazing golden exterior that was seasoned to perfection. The dressing had tangy and zesty notes brought everything together in perfect harmony. Sweet, sour, and savory flavors mingled in the most delicious way, complementing the crispy chicken and fresh veggies like a dream.
Pad Thaï
With that first forkful, I was instantly transported to the vibrant streets of Thailand. The rice noodles stole the show! It was cooked to perfection, striking that perfect balance between softness and just the right amount of chewiness. And let’s not forget about the shrimp—it added that delicious seafood kick that took it to the next level.
And the sauce, it was superb once again! It coated every bit of those noodles and ingredients, creating this incredible fusion of sweet, sour, and savory flavors.
