Thai Treasure in West London
I have just had a wonderful experience at Reun Thai & E-Prink in the heart of my beloved western area.
Though I am not sure of the meaning behind their restaurant name, I must say, the staff! I absolutely loved their impeccable service that pampered me from start to finish. And not to mention the Thai people’s smiles that could melt glaciers… I couldn’t resist saying Khàawp khun! They truly warmed my body and heart, especially after my Cornwall trip left me feeling cold.
And the extensive menu deserves special mention. They offer so many options, and I am certain you will find at least a few of your favorites from their extensive selection. * Even for the soup noodle, you can choose the type of soup and the type of noodle.
What I Ordered:
Tom Yum Soup
The first spoonful was a revelation. The delicate balance between the fiery chili heat and the rich coconut milk created a harmony that was as bold as it was comforting. The layers of umami from the earthy mushrooms added a depth that lingered on my taste buds, inviting me to take another spoonful, and then another.
Yum Nua
The tender slices of grilled beef embraced the zing of lime juice, the subtle heat of chilies, and the aromatic notes of fresh herbs. The balance between the tangy, the spicy, and the savory was a testament to the culinary finesse of Thai cuisine.
Pad Thai
Probably because I ordered the Gluten-Free option, the flavor was lacking in this dish. It tasted like they used just ketchup sauce, and I could not detect the authentic Thai flavors. However, I do appreciate their effort in offering a gluten-free option.
Conclusion:
For those seeking an affair with Thai flavors, Reun Thai & E-Prink is a siren’s call you simply cannot resist. Dare to be enchanted, dear hearts, for this is a love story you’ll relive in every bite.
Oh, and if you are considering a non-alcoholic option, their Thai Milk Tea is definitely worth trying.
