Elevated Pizza Pleasures
In the heart of Battersea Power Station, Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza is like a passionate love affair with pizza that breaks all the rules. It is a Michelin-star magic with their fantastic ‘Bottomless Pizza’ deal.
If you’re after a traditional Italian pizza, this isn’t the place. They’ve got their own thing going on, which, honestly, I’m totally into:
Exposed brick walls, vintage street signs, and rustic wooden tables create a stylish atmosphere from outside.
As you step inside, welcomed by an open door and a DJ playing pop songs, you’ll find a spacious open kitchen that allows you to witness the pizza-making magic up close, adding an extra layer of excitement to your evening. Although I didn’t see anyone peeking into the kitchen because we were all so focused on devouring our pizza slices – myself included!
Price:£
At £18 for a bottomless pizza, it may seem like a great deal. However, the real question is, how many slices can you actually eat? If you were to visit an authentic pizzeria and order one good pizza, it would cost about the same.
It all comes down to what you’re seeking. Personally, I found the all-you-can-eat system enjoyable as it let me taste a bunch of different slices, and that’s my kind of pizza party.
What I Ordered:
Bottomless Pizza
In addition to the pizza mentioned below, you can also opt for the Pineapple and Ham topping, which I wanted to try. However, you know I was dining with Italians, so…
*Classic Margherita
The true test of a Margherita lies in the harmonious marriage of its three key ingredients: tomato, basil, and mozzarella—and Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza executed this union quite admirably. The bright acidity of the tomato sauce, the aromatic basil, and the creamy, gooey perfection of the mozzarella.
Nduja & Courgette Pesto (Vg)
This pizza was a bold departure from traditional pizza. However, I found myself missing all the elements of spiciness, smokiness, and herbal notes that the Courgette pesto could have brought to the experience.
Pepperoni
They didn’t quite capture the nostalgic essence of (American) Italian with this one. The pepperoni on the pizza fell short in providing the expected balance of salty and slightly spicy flavors that typically pairs perfectly with the mozzarella cheese. It also had a gooey texture.
Aubergine & Pesto (Vg)
The aubergines had a delightful sweetness that paired well with the pesto. I wished there was more pesto because the combination was particularly enjoyable, especially with the pine nuts on top. However, what dominated the flavor profile was primarily the tomato sauce, which I had already experienced enough of with the other pizza slices.
Conclusion:
“Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza is the ultimate destination for drool-inducing food, live sports, and banging tunes, complete with iconic DJs, game days, and unforgettable nights—all with pizza by your side.”
It leaves no room for disappointment. In fact, it opens the door to a world of pizza that’s truly worth savoring, appealing not just to foodies but to everyone. It’s a showcase of the masterful business acumen of a Michelin-starred chef.
Tips from Hanako:

- You can take away if you get full, so order as many slices as possible!
- Can be quite noisy, so not for an intimate dinner.
- Their service charge is 15%, for providing us slices of Pizzas?
- You can get a table usually without a booking, but no harm to book in advance : https://www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/en/uk/street-pizza/book

- Don’t go with a foodie Italian:) They will keep rejecting the slices 🙂
